Reviewing Our 2021 Energy

Here is a great exercise when reflecting on 2021.

Simple 👍 or 👎 as you go through each month.

What were the things you enjoyed, the people, the experiences?

What was involved when you felt light and energetic?

*be descriptive ~ details matter

On the flip side what took a lot of time and effort?

What didn’t you enjoy so much and seemed to drain & deplete you?

Here is the challenge - by Friday go through each month of 2021 and list a minimum of 5 things 👍 and 5 things 👎.

Make note of your energy.
