As a Keynote Speaker it’s important to grab the attention of your audience within the first thirty seconds - follow through with lessons learned and plant seeds of thought that connect with your audience.

This spring I had the opportunity to travel to WhiteCourt, Alberta and present as the KeyNote Speaker at Crescent Point Energy’s Safety Symposium Day.

There are nerves involved when standing in front of large crowds with all eyes on you.

➡️ You know you have their attention when you can hear a pin drop in a hall of over three hundred people at any moment during a one hour long presentation.

Connecting afterwards through stories, hand shakes, hugs and follow up emails let’s me know an impact was made; it was felt and the message heard ~ seeds planted firmly and beginning to grow ❤️.

Taking bookings for upcoming safety days and workplace wellness.
