2024 Mindset was BLOOM

As we begin to wind down the year it’s a great opportunity for reflection.

January of 2024 I chose the word BLOOM to be my mindset for 12 months.

I share a lot about seeds being planted, the care it takes for something to grow and how it adapts to change; the process….

BLOOM is all about the vulnerability of standing out and being seen. A lot of the other work happens behind the scenes and not many see or know of the time and energy put in.

A blooming flower symbolizes growth, beauty and the cyclical nature of life. Blooming flowers often signify renewal, new beginnings and the flourishing of potential. It represents the peak of a plant’s development, showcasing vibrant colors and intricate designs.

2024 my focus was all the core areas were to BLOOM. - and that they did!!!

For someone who speaks and shares I am actually a very quiet and private person and so alot of growth has occurred and “blooming” was a challenge I needed to focus my energy towards in order to reach some of my goals.

And yes, there were moments of fear, doubt, and tiredness that crept in ~ “my word” would remind me what I had set out to accomplish and motivate me to continue on one step at a time.

Take some time as this year begins to wind down and before the new one starts to reflect.

Perhaps you didn’t choose a word at the beginning of 2024, that’s just fine.

As you reflect perhaps a common theme will appear…maybe an opportunity will present itself for direction as we head into 2025.
