Feeling valued…it’s different for everyone.
As a leader it’s important to tap into the uniqueness of each team member and learn to “speak their language.”
This is the process I have had the opportunity in facilitating with the team at A1 Accounting Group LLP in Saskatoon, SK.
Over the past week we have blocked time in order to meet with each individual to provide space and time…to dive deeper into their needs ~ to ask questions…how do you feel seen and heard?
✨The answer is different for everyone
Strong leadership is not about the leader…it’s about the members they are leading; giving voice to, providing tools, space and time to develop and grow within all the areas.
This is how we connect individually and create a dynamic team that stands on a solid foundation.
